Changing An Order
1. We are located in Middlesex, New Jersey. Our street address is:
1. Click an item or category from the menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on any of the product images on the screen for a larger view & ordering options.
3. Fill in the engraving information (if any) and choose the available color options. Click the "add to cart" button at the end of the options area.
4. View the items in your shopping cart and review your personalization information. Choose to "Check Out" or "Keep Shopping".
5. When you choose to check out simply fill in the "Bill To" and "Ship To" information screen. Enter any coupon or gift certificate codes you may have, select your shipping method.
6. The last order secure screen allows you to choose your payment method and certify that your entered information is correct.
You're done! Watch your email for confirmation.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, as well as corporate and governmental purchase orders (please see purchase order conditions below). We do not ship C.O.D. or accept personal checks. Your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to New Jersey. If you are shipping to any other destination in the US, sales tax will not be charged on your purchase. If you are exempt from this tax, you must fax us your tax exempt form at 732-563-0434.

We have taken extreme measures to ensure your protection and security through our convenient on-line ordering system (which, incidentally, is more secure than ordering by telephone). Additionally, our online ordering system is much faster and more efficient than by telephone, however, if you still would rather hear a "Human Voice" before ordering, just simply have the information above handy.

Note - UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, If this is your only means of receiving delivery, please call our Customer Service to arrange a possible USPS delivery.
We use UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Most items ship within 5-10 working days from receipt of order. We will immediately advise you of any possible delays and always try to work within your time frame. Items which are "oversized" may require additional shipping charges - if this is the case, you will be notified before the item is shipped. Please note that "product availability" times are not related to and are in addition to your chosen method of shipment. Please note production times do not include shipping time.
All orders shipped to HI and AK are shipped via 2-Day Air.
All orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via Priority Mail. Be Sure To Choose "Priority Mail" on these orders.
Our shopping cart will calculate and add these rates to your order. We do not mark-up shipping charges - they are the actual rates charged to us by the carrier. We do not as a rule ship internationally at this time and our cart will not display shipping charges for international orders.
All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.
Follow these steps when entering an APO or FPO address
1. Enter the recipient's full name and address in the relevant fields 2. Enter APO or FPO in the City field. 3. Enter AE in the State field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter AA if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter AP if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific. 4. Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, select "United States" from the Country drop-down menu.
Please note that USPS packages can only be tracked to the location where the military takes over distribution. From that point, we are unable to track your package. We have shipped thousands of awards and gifts to APO/FPO addresses and haven't had any problems.
We only ship to Canada via UPS Standard To Canada - Please choose this shipping method when shipping to Canada.
When shipping orders to Canada; please make note. Once your package arrives to your country, it will go through customs and be charged the duties and taxes by your Government. You are responsible for these extra charges before your package is delivered to you or to the person you are sending it to. You will be contacted by the Canadian company to pay these Goverernment extra's as soon as the package gets to your area. The package will not be delivered until these extra fee's are paid.
If package goes unclaimed due to non payment for the extra duties and taxes. Your money for the purchase from us will not be refunded and the package will be destroyed by the Canadian shipping office, not shipped back to us.!
UPS Standard delivers in 2-8 days to most Canadian locations. Customs/duties and local taxes will be added upon entry into Canada and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders being shipped to Canada must be placed on a credit card.

Information regarding duties and taxes may be obtained by calling the Canada Border Services Agency at 1-800-461-9999.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-866-u4award or by email. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced. We must be notified of any damage or other problems within 2 days of you receiving your products. Also, You must keep all packing and shipping boxes and materials or a claim cannot be filed on your behalf for damaged items.
Municipal, State, Federal, and Corporate purchase orders are accepted. Place your order using the Purchase Order payment option. Fax a copy of the puchase order to 732-563-0434. The purchase order will then be verified and the order processed. Minimum transaction total is $300.00 for a purchase order. Any order under $300.00 must be placed via the website and must be paid for by credit card. However special pricing can be arranged depending on the nature of the order. Please note: All Purchase Order sales are considered final! Under this condition, merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE except if the merchandise is defective upon immediate receipt. If this occurs, you must contact our Large Order Specialist within 24 business hours of receipt for further instructions. If you return a Purchase Order without notifying our Large Order Specialist prior to return, your package(s) may be refused and additional handling/shipping fees may be incurred. Purchase order requests must be presented on official letterhead or on an official purchase order form from your agency or business. The purchase order must include a contact name(s) and phone number(s). Orders will only ship after all information is verified and approved by our accounting department. Please contact the Large Order Department for a shipping amount on your quote/PO.
Purchase orders are eligible for Net-30 credit terms, upon approval, billed upon shipment of products. Terms are only upon approval byFireAwards.com. Payment is due in full, 30 days after shipment date. Additional Purchase orders will not be processed until the buyer's previous purchase order has been paid for in full.

Non-Personalized Orders can be changed before they have shipped by contacting us via email or calling 1-866-U4Award (toll free). If your non-personalized item has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
Personalized Orders will be engraved exactly "as ordered". So please check all spelling, name, and date information carefully. If a spelling, name, or date needs to be changed before the item has been shipped contact us immediately via email or call 1-866-U4award.
* Any personalization error by Fire Awards will be promptly remade and reshipped at no charge.
* Personalized items are not changeable or returnable after the order has shipped.
* It is not possible to replace or re-engrave any spelling or date errors once the item has been engraved.
* A complete order confirmation is e-mailed to you, at the time of order, for duplicate final inspection.
* Please be sure to double check all names and dates for errors.
An Item (non-customized) may be returned for exchange or refund provided it is unused, in the original packaging and is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Un-Personalized items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Personalized and engraved items cannot be returned unless there has been an error on our part-so please make sure all personlization information is correct before placing your order. Any personalization error by FireAwards will be promptly remade and reshipped at no charge. Please e'mail us at Info@fireawards.com for authorization before returning merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Items marked "Clearance" or "Clearance Sale" are not returnable and all sales are final on these items. We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
